Delivery charges
Free shipping on all orders of Rs 5,000 or more. A standard courier fee applies on smaller orders and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no hidden charges, ever. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay the rider.
How long delivery takes
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad): usually 2–4 working days.
- Other cities and towns: usually 3–6 working days.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Sat). Sunday orders are processed the next working day.
Times are estimates and can vary slightly during sales, public holidays, or courier delays in your area.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is booked with the courier, you receive a tracking number by SMS or phone call. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page or in My Account.
Receiving your parcel
- Check that the parcel is sealed before paying the rider (for COD orders).
- If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, refuse it and call us right away at 0336 5596783.
