Orders & confirmation
An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. We may call to verify before dispatch. We can cancel orders that cannot be verified, look fraudulent, or involve a clear pricing error — any advance payment is refunded in full in such cases.
Prices & payments
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pay by cash on delivery or direct bank transfer — details on our Payment Methods page. Prices and promotions can change, but never for orders already confirmed.
Shipping & delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Timelines and charges are on the Shipping & Delivery page. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control are not grounds for compensation, though we will always help chase your parcel.
Returns & refunds
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items are exchanged or refunded under our Refund & Returns Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
Product information
We work hard to show products accurately, but shades can vary slightly with screen settings and photo lighting. Always read ingredient lists and patch-test new skincare. Our content and blog articles are general beauty guidance, not medical advice.
Accounts & fair use
Keep your account details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Fraudulent orders, abuse toward staff or riders, or attempts to interfere with the store may lead to cancelled orders and blocked access.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We only use your details to process orders and provide support — never to sell.
